DHS funded services

Small to medium users who don’t receive direct funding for language services generally have access to language services through the DHS Language services credit line. See www.dhs.vic.gov.au/multicultural for guidelines and eligibility criteria.

Hospitals and large scale users receive direct funding to purchase language services. It is the responsibility of these services to organise their own interpreting services, typically from one or more of the language service companies (eg TIS, ONCALL, VITS or All Graduates) or directly employing accredited interpreters.

Fee for Service:

  • ONCALL (03) 9867 3788
  • VITS ( 03) 9280 1955
  • All Graduates (03) 9605 3000
