Complex Case Support for humanitarian entrants
The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) has established the Complex Case Support (CCS) program as a specialised and intensive case management service. The program supports recently arrived refugee and Special Humanitarian Program entrants who have special or complex needs.
The two client groups eligible for CCS are Refugee entrants and Special Humanitarian Program entrants. Depending on their assessed level of need, clients are eligible for CSS services for up to 2 years after arrival in Australia.

- Australian Government, state or territory government agencies
- community and health organisations
- local church and community groups
- volunteer groups
- self-referral
